Vertical, no problem!

Heizomat's new vertical discharger opens up many new possibilities for wood chip heating. The new discharger system can convey wood chips up to six meters high.
The vertical auger not only moves fuel, ash can also be taken up, so it does not have to be dragged up laboriously.

This week we installed and commissioned two new bending machines from Trumpf. The family-owned company from Ditzingen in Baden-Württemberg is the market and technology leader in machine tools and lasers for industrial production.
The two state-of-the-art bending machines in the TruBend 8000 series, which have a bending length of 4050mm, a pressing force of up to 500t and a maximum sheet thickness of up to 25mm, will allow us to continue to meet our high quality standards for our products in the future.

New partner for Switzerland

When “Grandpa” Scherrer chose Heizomat wood chip heating 30 years ago, he probably had no idea of the passion he would spark in himself and his son. The first chipper, an HM 6-300, was purchased shortly after the heating system, followed by two HM 8-400s. But constantly loading the chippers by hand became too cumbersome as the number of customers increased.
This was followed by an HM 10-500 KTL, a chipper with a fitted loading crane. Soon this was too small as well, and Bernhard Scherrer now owns his third Heizohack, installed on a Mercedes Benz truck.

Yesterday we welcomed eight new trainees to the Heizomat family. We wish them a rewarding apprenticeship with lots of fun and pleasure in learning.

Rottalschau in Karpfham

The Rottalschau opened its doors from 31 August to 4 September 2018. There was a great deal to see and experience on more than 70,000m2 of exhibition space. Plenty was going on at the Heizomat stand too. Bavarian Prime Minister Dr Markus Söder visited us. We would like to thank all visitors for a great and successful trade fair.

Interforst 2018

Interforst opened its doors in Munich from 18 - 22 July 2018. Bavarian Minister of State Michaela Kaniber honoured us with a visit on the first morning of Interforst in Munich and was delighted by the innovative boiler technology “Made in Germany”. We can look back on a successful and great trade fair with many agreeable encounters.

An innovative heating system for an innovative company

The slogan of AMM from Merkendorf in central Franconia is “Shaping metal”. But AMM is more than just a contractor for sheet metal processing. AMM works with its customers to develop and design anything that can be made of metal. No task is too difficult for them.
From futuristic façades to practical machinery enclosures, helicopter landing platforms, plant engineering and heat exchangers. Punching, lasers, bending, welding - since it was founded in 2008, AMM has grown from a start-up to one of the most sought-after metal processing plants in southern Germany. The company now employs 90 people and is run by managing director Matthias Schloß and his deputies Gerhard Schwarz and Heiko Röder.

Fourth Heizohack for the Hillenbrand family

In spring 2017, after five years of work and over 5,000 hours of operation, Hackschnitzel Hillenbrand decided to replace its 14-800 KL truck hacker with a new HM 14-860 KL truck hacker. After 20 years of working with the Hillenbrand family, this is the fourth crane-loaded drum chipper from Heizomat. The steady growth of the family-owned company made it possible to buy a Heizohack HM 14-860 fitted with all the options, which was delivered on 29 August 2017.
