Wood heating for private homes

When the Ritzer family thought about heating their own home in the Roth district, there was no question that heating should be done using a sustainable and autonomous woodchip plant. Together with the experts from Heizomat, the Ritzer family planned the best solution which now looks like this: a biomass combustion system RHK-AK 30 was installed in the basement.

It is "fed" with wood chips of classes A1, A2 and B1 and natural disposable pallets would also be a possible fuel. Thanks to the additional Heizomat control technology with simple menu navigation, the Ritzers are able to control their system themselves, while on the move. The Heizoclean EF 185 rounds off the Heizomat scope of delivery, as this electrostatic separator loads dust particles flowing past in the exhaust gas, which are then separated in the smoke pipe.

For the Sauer family, an RHK-AK 50 provides hot water for the heating system and service water.

The biomass firing system has a heart-shaped combustion chamber and thus achieves very low emission values with optimum efficiency. The elements of the combustion chamber are made of highly refractory concrete, while the heat exchanger flues are cleaned automatically.

While the Heizomat system is in a separate boiler room, the Sauer family has set up a roofed shed area in the garden for the storage of wood chips. The articulated arm discharge system developed and proven by Heizomat assists the transport to the furnace.

The new wood chip heating system from Heizomat and the associated fuel bunker are located in the Schön family’s old wooden barn, and so the old building has a new sustainable use. A large house with three floors is efficiently heated and like many private customers, the Schöns also opted for the Heizomat system RHK-AK 50, combined with the Heizocontrol ET 100.

The best calorific values are achieved by means of fuel regulation via an ultrasonic sensor and the glow plug ignition quickly provides the required heat. Important to the Schön family is that all relevant values are always available at a glance via Heizocontrol - from the fill level to the operating hours.

The Uhl family heated their property conventionally using oil until 2019. As part of the renovation of the existing property, the conversion to the biomass combustion system RHK-AK 60 from Heizomat took place and this also now heats the outbuildings.

A patented ash chain ensures the flexible use of fuel for wood chips of classes A1 - B1 and the Uhl family can use the Heizocontrol ET 100 to conveniently control the buffer loading and heating circuits. Thanks to the Sm@rt server function and email messenger, external monitoring and operation is also possible.
