Wood Heating Systems for Industry
Industrial facilities require heat for production areas, offices, storage, and for processes such as drying. Our Heizomat systems cover a capacity range up to 1,000 kW, allowing numerous businesses to meet their energy needs using their own wood residues.
Industries, medium-sized companies, or manufacturing craftsmen may have production halls, workshops, warehouses, and administrative areas ranging from 200 to 2,000 m², or even larger.
Many trades have their own wood residuals. For them, and other innovative companies, our industrial heating systems are ideal. Heizomat systems provide sufficient energy not only for heating but also for drying. Our machines cover a capacity range up to 1,000 kW, and multiple units can be installed if necessary.

Hochtal BSP is a family-run carpentry business with its own cross-laminated timber production in the Black Forest. The Heizomat system efficiently provides heat using leftover wood from production.
Residual wood is further processed into fuel using the Heizohack HM 6-300 EM (electric motor).

Once the trees have been felled, the raw material must be processed quickly. For optimal value, this also applies to small wood, tree tops and wood waste.
