Heizomat – Fuel Extraction Systems
Articulated Arm Extraction System
This technology, developed by HEIZOMAT as early as 1982, made safe, fully automatic and convenient wood chip combustion possible for the first time. The articulated arm extraction system with loosening geometry ensures reliable transport of the fuel material from the bunker to the combustion system.
Screw Extraction System
This robust extraction system is available in three diameters – 160, 200 and 250 mm – and for large-scale systems with separate drives for the extraction screw and the articulated arm expander cutter. High operational reliability is ensured by a powerful solid shaft. The diamond-shaped design of our extraction channel allows a wide range of fuels with varying shapes, weights and sizes to be transported effortlessly.
Chain Extraction System
The chain extraction system is the result of 33 years of experience in building fully automatic wood chip firing systems. The chain extraction patented by Heizomat saves up to 50% energy, as the required drive power is significantly lower compared to conventional screw extraction systems. Minimal wear and the ability to transport pellets without crushing them make the chain extraction system an innovative engineering masterpiece.
Parallel Milling Cutter
The patented parallel milling cutter from Heizomat significantly extends the service life of articulated arm extraction systems compared to conventional leaf spring systems. By guiding both articulated arms in parallel using an armored chain, backlash of the arms is effectively prevented.
Extraction System Models
In 1982, Robert Bloos built the first articulated arm extraction system and revolutionized heating with wood. This invention made it possible to heat automatically with wood – almost as conveniently as with fossil fuels. Over the years, we continuously developed our extraction technology, and many innovations are now considered state of the art.
Features such as the four-chamber rotary valve, the diamond-shaped channel, the chain conveyor, and of course the patented chain extraction system with parallel guidance define the quality of our systems.
