Heizomat - discharger systems
Agitator
It was only this technology, developed by HEIZOMAT back in 1982, that made it possible to burn wood chips safely, fully automatically and conveniently. The agitator with loosening geometry guarantees trouble-free transportation of the heating material from the silo to the boiler system.
Discharge auger
The robust discharger system comes in three diameters, 160, 200 and 250mm, and in large systems is available with a separate drive for the discharger auger and the articulated expander agitator. High operational reliability is ensured by a thick solid shaft. The diamond shape of our discharge channel makes it easy to transport fuels in a wide range of shapes, weights and sizes.
Chain discharger
The discharge chain is the result of 33 years of experience in constructing fully automatic wood chip boiler systems. Heizomat's patented chain discharger saves up to 50 % energy, as the force required is much less then that of a conventional discharge auger. The virtually absence of wear and tear and the transport of pellets without grinding them makes the chain discharger an innovative masterpiece.
Parallel agitator
Heizomat's patented parallel agitator greatly extends the service life of articulated dischargers compared to conventional leaf spring dischargers. Guiding the two discharge augers in parallel through an armoured chain prevents them from kicking back.

Robert Bloos built the first articulated discharger in 1982 and revolutionised heating with wood. The invention of the articulated discharger made it possible to heat automatically with wood as conveniently as with fossil fuels. Over the years, we have continued to develop discharge technology and numerous innovations are today at the cutting edge.
The four-chamber rotary valve, the diamond channel, the rising chain conveyor and, of course, the patented chain discharger and parallel guide are all features of our systems.

Heizomat's patented chain discharger saves up to 50 % energy, as the force required is half that of a conventional discharge auger. The virtually absence of wear and tear and the transport of pellets without grinding them makes the chain discharger an innovative masterpiece that can bridge lengths of up to 25m.

The patented parallel milling cutter
Heizomat's patented parallel milling cutter has been specially developed. With a chain that "synchronizes" both sides, there are no beating noises.
In conventional systems, the individual components are subject to a great deal of mechanical stress, since the milling arms – when relieved – hit the pre-stressed position with a jerk.
The Heizomat system, on the other hand, is low-wear, durable and therefore low-maintenance. Furthermore, the wood chips are transported centrally and evenly into the discharge.

Effective TÜV-tested back-burning protection with trimmer unit. The four compartments mean it is almost impossible for nails, etc. to get stuck. Due to the crossed blade, the rotary valve works with an easy cutting action and is able to trim off smaller pieces of wood.
Combining the rotary valve with the optional reverse rotation allows larger pieces of wood to fall out from the trimmer by turning it backwards. The rotary valve is available for all Heizomat channel sizes.

The modular sliding floor system made by Heizomat is a discharge system for transporting wood chips.
It is suitable for almost any room and can be extended lengthways and crossways.
The automatic moving floor control ensures that the system runs smoothly.
The system is driven by a hydraulic unit and a double-acting hydraulic cylinder.

Conveying wood chips up to 6 meters high
Vertical discharge - NEW
With the new vertical discharge from Heizomat, there are many new possibilities for wood chip heating and with the new discharge system, wood chips can be conveyed up to a distance of six meters high.
But the vertical screw is not only able to transport fuel, as ash also finds its way up and does not have to be laboriously dragged upwards.
