Wittmann family

There are two large interconnected residential and utility buildings on the Wittmann family's agricultural property, and they are heated in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner with a biomass firing system from Heizomat, type RHK-AK 50. It can be installed very flexibly in different room situations and is a reliable "workhorse" for naturally generated heat and energy.
The selected model is in high demand within the agricultural and forestry sector, but also additionally from private customers. The Wittmann family uses a vertical screw to fill the bunker with wood chips as it is the best tool for conveniently filling high-lying wood chip stores.
Oettinger family

The fuel store is located in a barn of the former farm of the Oettinger family in the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district. Up to 70 m³ of wood chips are stored here next to the boiler room of the RHK-AK 30 furnace. The material is sent directly to the heating system using a Heizomat room discharge system.
Thanks to the chain conveyor, the discharge technology lies horizontally on the floor and enables more usable volume in the bunker with gentle operation of the milling arms. The Heizoclean EF 185 is also worth mentioning in relation to the Oettinger family. The filter technology for biomass systems is TÜV-tested and meets the latest environmental requirements as well as being innovative as its amperage and voltage are automatically adapted to the dust load.
Romanyk family

The modernized house of the Romanyk family, in a suburb of the city of Wassertrüdingen, shines brightly, red and powerful – symptomatic of just how energetic the RHK-AK 30 biomass combustion system from Heizomat is. It is located in an adjacent warehouse and garage building and supplies the entire building complex with energy. From the wood chip bunker, the wood chips quickly reach the furnace via a chain discharge system.
The component was developed by Heizomat itself, based on over 30 years of experience with fully automatic wood chip firing systems. It was already clear to the Romanyk family at the planning stage that they would rely on a complete solution from Heizomat. This also includes the control technology Heizocontrol ET 100 (Home Edition) and the electrostatic particle separator Heizoclean EF 185 for emissions technology.
