Heizohack HM 8-400 KF

Due to its size, this crane-feed chipper is the ideal entry-level machine in the semi-professional sector. The chipper offers an excellent combination of the key components of the Heizohack HM 8-400 hand-feed chipper and the HM 8-500 K crane-feed chipper.

Heizohack HM 8-400 KFL

This wood chipper is a semi-professional machine with different trailer heights and the ability to mount a loading crane on the tow bar. Like the HM 8-400 KF drum chipper, this chipper also incorporates the key components of the Heizohack HM 8-400 hand-feed chipper and the HM 8-500 K crane-feed chipper.

Heizohack HM 8-500 KF and HM 10-500 KF

These wood chippers are the entry-level Heizohack machines in the professional chipping sector. With a trailing axle and no loading crane, these drum chippers are ideally suited for feeding with an excavator or loading crane located on the tractor. The extremely large top roller ensures reliable in-feed even with very bulky material.

Heizohack HM 8-500 KFL

The crane-feed Heizohack chipper with a single-axle chassis and the ability to mount a loading crane on the tow bar is a very compact shredder with a fitted loading crane. Even large trees can be chipped, thanks to the additional built-in single-motor cone splitter.

Heizohack HM 10-500 KTL

The Heizohack chipper with a tandem chassis and a loading crane on the tow bar can also be equipped with a three-motor cone splitter.

With a maximum in-feed height of up to 800mm, these are among Heizomat's larger wood chippers.

Heizohack HM 14-860 KTL

The largest Heizohack chipper has a very large rotor diameter and an enlarged sieve area. As a result, wood chips can be produced in larger quantities and better quality. Built on a tandem chassis with large tyres, this drum chipper with loading crane can optionally be equipped with a three-motor cone splitter.

Heizohack HM 14-860 KL

The powerful premium chipper is based on a Mercedes AROCS 3353. The chipper is driven directly by the gearbox-independent PTO (NMV) from the truck engine. Thanks to its 6x6 drive concept, the three-axle Heizohack - Chipper Truck is very well suited for use in even the most difficult terrain.

Rotor cap for sieve

With some woodchippers feed by crane, it is also possible to enlarge the screen area by installing a rotor cap for an additional screen. This increases the quantity and quality of the wood chips.

Counter blade

With some woodchippers feed by a crane, it is possible to install either a one-piece or a multi-piece counter blade

The insert plates of the multi-part counter blade are available in two versions - tool steel or hard metal plates.

Camera

A camera system complete with monitor is available for all crane-feed woodchippers. You can choose between a camera on the discharge tower and / or a rear-view camera behind the woodchipper.

Telescopic extension

The telescopic extension can be built into some of our crane-feed woodchippers. Hydraulically operated, the extension tower can be extended by up to 700mm.

Cyclone

With some crane-feed woodchippers it is possible to attach a cyclone at the end of the ejection tower. Through its use, the dust load is greatly reduced when the wood chips are blown out.

Biological Hydraulic Oil

The hydraulic system of all woodchippers can also be filled with biological hydraulic oil.

Central Lubrication

The central lubrication automates the lubrication of wood chipping machines and, in some cases, the loading crane as well. Central lubrication can be installed on all crane-feed woodchippers.

Foot pedals

Depending on the use of a crane-feed woodchipper, the implemtation of foot pedals can be extremely useful. The foot pedals can be used on almost all of our crane-feed woodchippers.

The foot pedal for changing the feed direction is used to quickly reverse the feed direction. When this is activated, the material being chipped is ejected from the machine again.

With the foot pedal to operate the upper feed roller, the roller can be raised and also lowered with pressure.

ISOBUS

A crane-feed woodchipper can also be supplied with power via an ISOBUS system.

Cone splitter with 1 or 3 motors

p>The one-motor cone splitters are designed to be mounted on a single-axle chassis. Hence even the smaller crane-feed Heizohack chipper can completely clear the place of use. The three-motor cone splitters can be mounted on drum chippers with a tandem chassis and the truck chipper.

Radio remote controls

Radio remote controls make working with a crane-feed woodchipper much easier. There are a variety of different versions available.

Loading crane

A loading crane can be set up on the single-axle chassis and on the tandem chassis. Loading cranes are available in different sizes.
