Training / Internship

  • Office Management Clerk (m/f/d)

    Office management clerks perform organizational and administrative tasks. They handle correspondence, create presentations, procure office supplies, plan and monitor appointments, prepare meetings, and organize business trips. They also support personnel planning, purchase external services, assist customers, contribute to order processing, issue invoices, and monitor payments. In public service, they help citizens with applications, clarify concerns and responsibilities, and assist in budget planning.

    Duration of training

    Office Management Clerk is a recognized 3-year vocational training program in industry, commerce, and public service.

    Required school degree:

    Qualified secondary school certificate
